1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bw231," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bw231.cam, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" — refers to the bw231 website at bw231.cam, including all games, services, content, features, and applications made available thereon.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered member account created by a User for the purpose of accessing bw231 services.
• "User," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bw231 Platform.
• "Funds" — refers to any monetary amounts deposited by a User into their bw231 Account or held therein as winnings or bonus credits.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other promotional benefit awarded to a User by bw231.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the total amount a User must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; refers to the identity and age verification process required by bw231 and PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for licensing and regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1  Access to and use of the bw231 Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with bw231's Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform from time to time.

2.2  These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding contract between you and bw231. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2.3  bw231 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

3 Eligibility

3.1  To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the bw231 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a resident of the Philippines and are physically located within the Philippines at the time of placing any bet or wager;
3. You are legally permitted under applicable Philippine law to participate in online gaming activities;
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of bw231 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors;
5. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether applied voluntarily through bw231's tools or imposed by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority;
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

3.2  bw231 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to bw231's reasonable satisfaction.

4 Account Registration

4.1  Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) bw231 Account only. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

4.2  At registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You undertake to promptly update this information in the event of any change.

4.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication details with any third party. bw231 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4  You must notify bw231 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1  bw231 is required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity and age of all members before processing withdrawals. This KYC process requires submission of one or more of the following government-issued Philippine identification documents:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Driver's Licence issued by the Land Transportation Office
• Philippine Passport
• Voter's ID

5.2  bw231 may additionally require a selfie photograph for facial verification, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and source of funds documentation for high-value transactions.

5.3  bw231 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC, and to close any Account where KYC cannot be completed within a reasonable period or where submitted documents cannot be verified to bw231's satisfaction.

5.4  All documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed and stored in accordance with the bw231 Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law.

6 Deposits, Withdrawals & Account Funds

6.1 Deposits

Deposits to your bw231 Account must be made exclusively through the payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of the transaction, which may include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. bw231 does not accept cash deposits, third-party deposits, or deposits from sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name and previously used for deposits where required by bw231's AML procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and may be delayed where bw231 is conducting a compliance review. bw231 targets a processing time of under ten (10) minutes for verified GCash and Maya withdrawals under standard conditions; this target is indicative and does not constitute a guarantee.

6.3 Segregated Funds

All player funds held in bw231 Accounts are maintained in accounts segregated from bw231's operational funds. This segregation is maintained at all times and is subject to periodic verification as part of bw231's PAGCOR compliance obligations.

6.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bw231 will provide at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. Inactivity fees, where applicable, will not reduce an Account balance below zero.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1  All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by bw231 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2  Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bw231 bonuses:

1. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
2. Bonus offers are available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address;
3. bw231 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
4. Winnings generated from bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied;
5. Certain games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all to wagering requirements — eligible games and contribution rates are specified in the relevant promotion terms.

7.3  bw231 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and void any associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk.

8 Gameplay & Betting Rules

8.1  Each game available on the bw231 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before participating.

8.2  bw231 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any individual outcome or session result.

8.3  In the event of a malfunction or technical error during any game — whether in the RNG, live dealer system, sportsbook, or any other game type — bw231 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stake to the User. bw231 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond this remedy.

8.4  bw231 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, either platform-wide or on a per-game basis, and to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bw231 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds in the Account, and where applicable, referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

1. Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account requirement;
2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
3. Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
4. Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
5. Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other method to exploit or manipulate games, odds, or the Platform's systems;
6. Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities — including failures to report any such error or vulnerability to bw231 promptly;
7. Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions processed by bw231;
8. Engaging in any form of fraud, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or abuse of promotional offers;
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing bw231 staff or other users through any channel;
10. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1  bw231 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complying with PAGCOR's responsible gaming obligations. The Platform provides the following tools, all accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits, effective immediately when set;
• Session Time Limits — automatic alerts and disconnection when a preset session duration is reached;
• Reality Checks — configurable pop-ups during play providing a summary of session duration and net result;
• Self-Exclusion (Temporary) — voluntary account access suspension for periods of one week to six months;
• Self-Exclusion (Permanent) — irreversible account closure with a mandatory minimum cooling-off period before reversal is considered.

10.2  bw231 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions — including deposit limits, betting limits, or account suspension — unilaterally and without prior notice where indicators of problem gambling are identified, in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1  bw231 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where:

1. A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions is suspected or confirmed;
2. KYC verification cannot be completed to bw231's reasonable satisfaction;
3. bw231 is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
4. bw231 has reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
5. The Account has been inactive for a period specified in Section 6.4; or
6. A self-exclusion request has been received and activated.

11.2  Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than a breach by the User, bw231 will return the verified Account balance (excluding any Bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to the User via the registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

11.3  A User may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting bw231 support via live chat or at [email protected].

12 Intellectual Property

12.1  All content made available through the bw231 Platform — including but not limited to game software, source code, graphics, audio, video, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of bw231 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

12.3  Any unauthorised use of bw231's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.

13 Limitation of Liability

13.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bw231's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with the Platform, whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.2  bw231 shall not be liable for:

1. Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages;
2. Loss of winnings arising from technical malfunctions beyond what is provided in Section 8.3;
3. Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures;
4. Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

13.3  Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits bw231's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by bw231's negligence.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1  bw231 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material, bw231 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account at least fourteen (14) days before the amendment takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation.

14.2  Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 11.3.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1  These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without reference to any conflict of laws principles.

15.2  Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the bw231 Platform shall first be referred to bw231's customer support team for resolution. bw231 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

15.3  If a dispute cannot be resolved through bw231's internal complaints process, it may be referred to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulatory procedures. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through mediation.
